Some said that,
we would tend to overthink because didn’t write.
being anxious because we didn’t act
and also procrastinate because of not having a plan.
that we feel stress because didn’t train.
(Example expecting myself that I could do well in certain area, but I didn’t spend enough time in training, having that enough exposure to it; relatable as in the language learning part).
All that says that the lack of clarity , because didn’t journal.
The Wise one would say that all problems would have a solution!
yet some of us still searching for that ‘special thing’ that can miraculously end our suffering. (At times I kindly in that fanatic mode searching for that special thing, ‘as-if-it-exists’)
so the The Wise suggested that of the magic that we’re looking, it actually lies in the work (‘or maybe that something’ ) that we’re not doing.
start doing it … and we’re closer to solving the problem.
I read about Meditation many times in various medium, in nowadays context I feel that it’s more often needed to help me gain that clarity , learning to relax and to wind down
de-clutter my mind, focus on that one thing, getting rid of the stream of thoughts.
stay centered, and keep the inner peace.
Eventually according to what Mayo Clinic post, the benefits continue after the session ends, taking us more calmly through our day, additionally manage some of the medical conditions too.
Some of the positive benefits,
“A new ways to look at things that cause stress”.
“Building new skills to manage stress”
“Focusing on the present”
“reducing negative feelings”
and one of the part, that I really like, helping one to sleep better :)
So from what I read about the everyday ways to practice meditation,
breathe deeply
focus attention on each part of body,
some says ‘walk and meditate’ , maybe a city sidewalk. or the at the mall.
read and reflect, listening to sacred music, spoken words, that relaxes and inspires.
focus on love and kindness,
most importantly don’t judge how we do the meditation, and it takes practice, ~
